Judy Szynborski is a patient, and thorough professional. A very attentive person, that made our challenge of finding our new home, a complete success.
Judy was invaluable in positioning my home, marketing online, pricing and getting a good flow of potential buyers. When an early offer was accepted, it turned out to be a person wanting to use games during the inspection process to lower the price offered. Judy was great at keeping professional boundaries and a partner in withdrawing from the deal. We had another deal in about a week. She is great.
